1-tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 roma tomato medium

1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 oz Mozzarella

2 1/2 leaves (2 g) fresh basil

How to prepare: Slice tomato, mozzarella, and layer with basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and oil.
